Construction Details

Blown-in 1-4" Spray Corbond insulation with 3" of traditional insulation on top of that. Super-insulated with air exchanger.

Plywood used for sheathing instead of particle board. Ice and water shield on all roofs and around window and door areas.

Radiant heating and plumbing. Energy efficient Baxi ( Itialian made )hot water system. Provides 2 1/2 gal. on demand hot water for domestic uses as well as hot water for radiant heating. System only uses 11 gallons of water to provide substantial portion of heat.
